Kedarnath Temple

Kedarnath Temple is one of the most sacred Hindu pilgrimage sites in India, located in the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, Kedarnath is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and an important part of the Char Dham Yatra.

The best time to visit Kedarnath is from May to October, as the temple remains closed during winter due to heavy snowfall.
